    But my main highlights would be:
    • InDepth Content.
    • Authoritative Sites On Topics - Using Good Interlinking & Structure.
    • High Quality, Diverse Backlinks.. Authority Links (PBNs, Guest Posts etc) have the most power.
    • Local is less focused on Citations than previous years.
    • Schema & Knowledge Box's are getting way more important.
    • SSL Certificates should be common practice.
    • Mobile & Table responsiveness should be common practice.
    • Page load time should be <3 seconds.
    • Anchor text ratios are still effective in most SERPs.. Seen anywhere from 10% - 35% exact's - As long as you have several different keywords included in that.
    • Generic anchors don't seem to power much anymore.
    • Google is doing more manual penalties than ever.
    • A.I. & Machine Learn (RankBrain etc) is a myth and only currently affects extremely big but very specific keywords as the technology is too costly to operate en masse.
