I'm a fan of automation. I recently purchased a Jon Leger product Social Multiplier 2, with the lifetime licence I received a WP plugin, Social Monetize Me, to automate posting of Amazon products (amongst other things). I bought version 1 and it worked well but it was a subscription and I bowed out early because I didn't have the time, focus, energy [add any excuse here] . With a lifetime licence - altho damned expensive - I have all the time in the world so no pressure.

    The Plan
Create 1 niche website per week for 10 weeks.
Add 10+ pages of content to start and up to 100 articles posting on a schedule with Super Bulk Post Maker (sbpm), Article Forge (if quality ok) and WP Import.
Add ongoing automated Amazon product pages using Social Monetize Me.
Include a clickbank (or similar) offer
    Include adsense.
Create matching Pinterest accounts with 3-5 boards
Use SM2 to scrape pins from other boards

    The Goal
To generate ongoing sustainable income from a number of sources.
To earn $4,000 month by June 2017

Work to date 20 November 2016
    Procrastination and overthinking almost complete.

Identified 8 niches. 4 have matching clicbank offers.
Signed up for US VPS and US Proxies - need to be US based for this to work.
    Bought 20 PVA Gmail accounts
Setup first Pinterest account to test process and start seeding the account

    Next steps over 10 weeks:
Find at least 2 more niches
Set up another 9 Pinterest boards
    Setup 10 websites

    Overthinking on overtime.
Because I'm not reliant on Google traffic since traffic is from Pinterest. I'm going to use 1 .com and clone the site to 2 88 cent domains. I have access to a lot of content so I'll load15 posts on each site drip feed another 20 (or 100) at a couple a week.

It means I can split test and it will be interesting to see if 88 cent domains work and ties in with @cardine case study.

Article forge is pretty solid as far as spun content is concerned. I was messing with it to see if it would be suitable for use on PBNs. It's definately readable, which is more than I can say about any spun content i've seen before. The problem is coherency. What i've been doing is generating a bunch of 200 word articles and smashing them together. If my topic was gardening, my article keywords would go something like garden, vegetable garden, flower garden, herb garden, community garden, etc. Then i'd make a quick title like "the 5 most popular types of gardens" and tweak the intro a little.

Since you're not worried about SEO, i'm curious why you need unique content. If you scrape amazon affiliate sites i'd imagine your conversion rate would be much better. How are you going to get around Amazons review of your website?

I want to add adsense and clickbank affiliate products. I need content to be able to do that. I might also see if I can add Amazon Native Shopping ads based on keyword.
The content is only going to be unique because the resource I have has 3 million articles in the database, most will copyscape.

I'm not sure what you mean by scrape Amazon affiliate sites?

My bad, I didn't even realize that Amazon had a PPC platform.

Time is my enemy. However I have made a little progress.

2 Pinterest accounts just populating and gathering followers slowly while I work on other things. I have 70 and 45 followers on these accounts these will be the next 2 websites to be created. Should have done them first but the other niches seemed more interesting.

1 new website done with Clickbank offer, a few Amazon products and adsense. 25 articles uploaded and 50 on drip feed. I'll add Amazon products related to the niche in the next few days. Pinterest account is pinning and following slowly - will ramp up in a week or 2. (HP)

Second new website with matching Pinterest account completed today clickbank, Amazon and adsense - don't expect to see any action for a week or 3. (TR)

1 new pinterest account pointing to an old website - not WordPress but Amazon products and adsense. (DS)

I have purchased domains for another 2 sites, created the website headers, identified a Clickbank product and I have a stack of articles for each one. It's just a case of putting them together.

Feels good to have got something done!

I've not picked niches with high paying Amazon products - I'm more interested in trying to get some clickbank sales as I think that's where the money might be. No income yet since the 2 money sites were only linked in the last 2 days.

    Update 29 Nov
    Site ID TR

No adsense, Amazon or Clickbank clicks/sales but I finished this site on 26 Nov and set up a Pinterest account to match. Started pinning and following. Checked AWStats today and Pinterest traffic :)

    2016-11-30_2029.png

    Site ID HP (24 Nov)
has had about 8 Pinterest visits.

Site ID DS (25 Nov) - this isn't a good niche for Pinterest because it's not very 'visual', not expecting much to happen
    No Pinterest action.

    Site ID HH (28 Nov)
New website joined with Pinterest populating since 16 Nov - nada

    Site ID MG (under construction)
Pinterest set up 20 Nov. Slowly pinning and following. 29 Nov added some links to a current website in the same niche while I built the new website. I should have thought to do this much sooner - duh! Will link Pinterest too both websites - because, why not? New website is clone of old site but with some major tweaks and new content and affiliate links.

In the OP I gave myself 10 weeks to set up the 10 Pinterest accounts and websites. Ahead of schedule but lots of things coming up in the run up to Christmas so it may still be another 8 1/2 weeks to complete the task.

Pretty happy about this site. In the first 2 1/2 days 1,000 uniques - 452 from Pinterest. Not making money but it's definitely worth tweaking all the posts for AdSense and affiliate products. Site 1 week old.

    Site ID HP
Going well - 385 visits from Pinterest links - 80 cents in Adsense - haha. All good tho, still at the testing stage and now I'm going back to tweak.

    Site ID MG
Had to do a fair bit of tweaking here - had trouble with site load time but now under 1 sec for home page and 1.2 secs for post pages according to Pingdom. Happy with that. I'm going to copy the URLs into Social Multiplier today and then go back and tweak the Clickbank offers and add some Amazon Native Shopping ads to posts

    Firstly, Merry Christmas!

I seriously suck at making money online!

    Site ID TR
17k unique visitors, 10k from Pinterest. Profit - maybe $5 from Adsense. 2 clickbank products, no sales. LOL
    Site ID HP
4k unique, 2k from Pinterest. $5 adsense, $0 Amazon. Just set up a clickbank product.
    Site ID MG
    10 visits from Pinterest. WTF?
    Site ID HH
    68 visits from Pinterest. WTF?

MG and HH are .website domains - I can't see why it would make any difference on Pinterest. Still mulling this over.

I've bought a couple of expired domains just for the hell of it and mainly to get a head start on content. Bearing in mind that I'm not after Google traffic but it would be a bonus. I don't have the tools (ahrefs, majestic etc) to check the metrics and I can't afford them - I've done some manual checks. It appears both domains have been 'on-hold' for years and not live so the only benefit is an aged domain.

To scrape archive.org I found this nice little downloader - http://gingerpaw.website/archive-org-downloader/ 7 day free trial and then $10 a month. You can buy the $10 license as and when you need it it's not a subscription. It downloads files as html - I'm going to convert to Wordpress manually - copy-paste, not sure if there is a quicker way to do this. Or I could just spend 20 minutes to find and replace the adsense then upload all the files to the domain account and have ugly old fashioned html sites which are not mobile compatible.

For January As at 20 Jan
    Site ID TR (23 Nov)

20k unique visitors, 12k from Pinterest. 7 from Google
    Site ID HP (24 Nov)
12k unique, 8.4k from Pinterest, 46 from Google
    Site ID HH (28 Nov)
670 unique, 125 visits from Pinterest. WTF?
    Site ID DS (25 Nov)

318 unique, 5 visits from Pinterest. WTF? Lots of visits from sex sites - not even vaguely related to sex.
    Site ID MG (1 Dec)
900 unique, 80 visits from Pinterest.
Site ID BDN - built 3 Jan 2017, expired .org
2.3k unique, 800 from Pinterest, 45 from Google
Site ID AL - built 16 Jan 2017, Uber Thinsite- don't expect it to last long
    76 unique, 7 from Pinterest

I'm definitely going much slower than I should or could. The original Plan was to have 10 sites up in 10 weeks - 2 weeks to go and 3 sites to build. AND Smack my hand! I've got side tracked again. More of that in a different post - or rather I'm going to kick an old case study back to life. I do want to try and get another 3 sites up so I'm going to try to really focus and do these before going off on a tangent.

Social Multiplier 2 has lived up to expectations, I can't complain about the traffic. I took a scatter gun approach to niches because I knew nothing about Pinterest. Three sites are going well, considering the earliest site was built 23 Nov and is sitting on 12k visits from Pinterest, pretty happy with that. Considering the traffic - I'm getting nowhere with making money.

Jon Leger makes a good chunk of coin getting a lot of traffic viewing and clicking Adsense links. Scrutinizing his sales page, things got interesting in the 4th month. He was pinning at twice the speed I am which is more risky but that's my next step. I think traffic wise, I'm exceeding what Jon was getting at the same time - all things being equal. That doesn't mean I'm going to suddenly start earning $10k - $20k a month but it's been interesting so far.

Long overdue for an update. I have about 24 sites on the SocialMultiplier platform now. I had another 8 but Pinterest dumped those although I'm pretty sure I know why - so I've changed my methods and not lost any since. I'll clone those sites eventually and put them back in.

Too many to go through 1 by 1. The best sites received 30 - 35k unique views last month. The newer sites are starting to kick in with 100 - 300 visitor days. You'd think I'd be making zillions but nope. Adsense is ticking over at $2 - $8 a day now but it's taken a couple of months to get to that amount and there have been a lot of expenses along the way. However, hopefully it will keep climbing.

This is a Jon Leger product and I have some confidence his Pinterest system and I believe he is an honest marketer. He also has a lot more experience than I do with what works and what doesn't. In his promo video he showed his sites taking off around the 4-5 month mark. The vast majority of my sites (that are still live) were created mid-Jan - end-Feb so realistically a long way to go yet.

So ... bearing in mind, I used rubbish niches to start, made a mistake that cost me 8 sites, I'm ok with the way it's going. I've moved to the next project on my list now and I'm just going to let these simmer for a couple of months and see what happens.

Nothing to brag about and this is only 50% of the sites. But I thought you might be interested in how the traffic is climbing. This is March to March, project started November but faltered for 2 months. Next month should be more interesting.

Nice - it certainly seems like you've validated this process and are getting a positive ROI. The slow steady stream of traffic also looks very promising.

Are you planning on scaling up to even more sites?

Also is there any way (either by niche selection or monetization) to go after more commercial niches where you could have product reviews or something like that (with affiliate commissions) on the pages that are getting those 100,000+ impressions?

@cardine Yeah - the newer sites also have affiliate offers for Amazon, eBay and Clickbank. I confess that I'd forgotten about those because the results have been insignificant. $18 on Clickbank and $19 on eBay and $3 on Amazon. However, I guess that's the VPS paid for. I've sidetracked briefly to see if Instagram will increase traffic and revenue. Purchased Instamate to try this but I can only do 2 sites because it's a limited licence. The other 3 Instagram accounts are earmarked for the next project.

Then I'm just going to leave Pinterest as we (business partner in Canada) work on a 2nd (then 3rd) project. I'm not happy being so reliant on Pinterest and Adsense, it seems to be going ok but past experience has taught me that you can get wiped out overnight.

I may do a case study for the 2nd project but I'm totally stretched for time so it may be after it's all setup and running.

I keep getting my new Pinterest accounts suspended :( . Built 6 or 7 and all were suspended, very frustrating. it's coming along but really slowly in comparison to other people using a similar system.

I had 1 fantastic day when I spiked to 16k views and then gone. It was exciting while it lasted.

Odd suggestion but have you considered switching from Mainstream to Adult?

anti-spam system usually fail in adult niches. So if you run the same method for adult pinterest accounts (assuming pinterest allows adult content), you can drive traffic to a tube site. The CPM for a tube site is like .50 USD CPM (this is with the xHamster affiliate system or YouPorn or Redtube etc).

So, your tube site would show videos from one of the bigger tubes and you'll get paid per view.

(I'm also assuming that this method works on adult).

woo hoo - $250 month - (NZ dollars) but it's a vast improvement on waiting 2 years for a $130 threshold payment.

My friend who is doing the same thing has just skyrocketed from <$5 a day to $30 - $40 a day for the last 4 days, it happened almost overnight. Long may it last for her :) Can't wait to see what she gets tomorrow.
